How Does the Curriculum Work?

Spanning 140+ modules, the Next Gen Leadership Development curriculum is delivered through one- on-one coaching, small group intensives, curated networking experiences, and immersive, impact- focused projects.

Each module reinforces learning through case studies, scenario-based simulations, dynamic discussions, guided reflection, and more.

Students develop critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and relational intelligence while engaging with mentors and peers in a high-touch, structured environment.
