Rising-Gen Leadership Development Program
Across global family enterprises lies an uncomfortable truth:
Most do not last, and fewer than ten percent survive to the third generation. Exceptional futures require exceptional preparation. Today’s rising generation is highly educated and achievement-oriented, yet many falter when success depends on judgment, social acuity, and emotional resilience rather than grades or structure. Families often see impressive résumés without the practiced decision-making, self-knowledge, or maturity required to assume long-term responsibility within a family enterprise.
Rising Gen is a multi-year leadership development program grounded in intensive experiential education. Students begin with sustained one-to-one coaching that clarifies identity, personal direction, and intrinsic motivation. They then build relational and communication capacities through real interpersonal challenges that strengthen their ability to read intent, navigate disagreement, and communicate with clarity. With this foundation, students move into scenario-based decision making and expedition-style challenges where information is limited and stakes are real. They learn to make sound choices, articulate their reasoning, and adjust as conditions evolve. Their experience culminates in long-horizon projects that require them to move an idea from concept to implementation, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Guided by an interdisciplinary faculty of educators, psychologists, leadership coaches, and enterprise practitioners, students develop independent thinking, social perception, emotional regulation, precise communication, and the maturity to act with purpose in unfamiliar or high-stakes environments. They emerge prepared to operate with clarity, confidence, and substance in the complex settings their futures will deman

Why This Program Exists
Families today are raising children in a world that is more complex, accelerated, and demanding than ever. Academic success alone cannot prepare young people for the influence they will one day hold in business, philanthropy, public life, or family leadership. Exceptional futures require exceptional preparation.
They must think independently in uncertain situations.
They must remain steady under pressure.
They must read people accurately and move confidently across cultures.
They must communicate with clarity and authority.
They must make decisions that demonstrate judgment and maturity.
They must stay grounded in identity and purpose as expectations rise.
Very few young people are taught these capacities. Schools emphasize performance, enrichment programs teach isolated skills, and even elite universities assume students already possess the self-awareness, resilience, and discernment required for real responsibility. The result is a generation that excels when structure is provided but struggles when navigating the unstructured complexity of leadership.
Families who expect their children to lead at a high level understand the need for a deliberate and rigorous developmental path. The Rising-Gen Leadership Development Program provides that path.
We prepare students long before major responsibilities arrive, building the internal architecture that supports judgment, steadiness, and purpose over a lifetime. This is leadership formation delivered at the age when identity and worldview are still taking shape, ensuring that when opportunity and responsibility converge, they are ready.
