With more than 20 years of experience in both post-secondary and secondary private education, Allie brings a wealth of college admissions experience, counseling relationships, and time-tested interpersonal rapport to her work with her students.

Working in admissions at selective universities, Allie developed strong and lasting relationships with institutions across the country that she has maintained over time. She honed her understanding of competitive admissions in these roles, seeing firsthand how a student’s preparation to apply for college – professional guidance,  family support, and academic rigor – all contribute to their collegiate success.

Following graduate school at NYU, Allie spent several years as a college counselor at a competitive private high school in the United States. Understanding the competitiveness of the college admission process as well as the need to find a good fit for students, she has guided over 1,000 students and their families through the college application process. Allie’s students have been admitted to the most selective colleges in the US.

Over the years, Allie has seen the importance of  working with younger students who have the gift of time to explore and pursue their passions.  She focuses on helping her students through encouragement and guidance to build a strong academic foundation, explore their interests and risk trying new things, and build their confidence and self-awareness.
