Jacqueline holds a master’s degree in education and has spent the last three decades in the field of university admissions and college counseling working with undergraduate, graduate, international, and student-athletes. She is an expert in the admissions process and has served as an Assistant Director, Senior Assistant Director, and Associate Director of undergraduate admissions as well as Director of Admission for the graduate school at Virginia Tech. She has also served as the Chief Enrollment Officer overseeing undergraduate, graduate, and international admission at Concord University - a liberal arts college.

Jacqueline has counseled students from all over the world and has traveled to over 50 countries informing families about academic study in the USA. Jacqueline is an active member in several professional organizations and is a sought-after speaker who has given presentations and workshops related to college selection, application, admissions, USA and UK education systems, strategic enrollment planning, and understanding technology.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and watching movies. She loves planning events and organizing cluttered spaces. She has two sons, Sir and Jacob, who are currently attending university.
